The Eisenhower administration made a treaty with the aliens: in exchange for advanced technology the aliens could abduct humans for the purpose of medical examination. What type of medical examination? What exactly was entailed?

William Cooper’s security clearance was upgraded to Top Secret, Q when he was assigned to the Operational Status Report office (OPSTAT) serving under Lt. Cdr. Mercado.
William Cooper: “The treaty stated that the aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on Earth a secret. They would furnish us with advanced technology and would help us in our technological development. They would not make any treaty with any other Earth nation. They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examination and monitoring of our development, with the stipulation that the humans would no be harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, would have no memory of the event, and the alien nations would furnish Majestic Twelve with a list of all human contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis.”
The Eisenhower administration agreed that the aliens could test their “implanting techniques” on a few human beings. What exactly were the aliens implanting into humans?

Paul Schneider, a former geological engineer who was employed by the US military and major corporations to build underground bases including one at Dulce, New Mexico.
Paul Schneider revealed his own knowledge of the extraterrestrial agreement as follows: “Under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but they had to give details about the people involved.” Like Cooper, Schneider said the treaty involved biological experiments on abducted human who would be returned unharmed.
Would the abducted women be returned ‘unharmed’ but… pregnant?

Lt. Colonel Philip Corso, served on a key intelligence committee that reported to President Eisenhower’s National Security Council.
Lt. Colonel Philip Corso was disgusted by the aliens. “These creatures weren’t benevolent alien beings who had come to enlighten human beings. They were genetically altered humanoid automatons, cloned biological entities actually, who were harvesting biological specimens on Earth for their own experimentation. As long as we were incapable of defending ourselves, we had to allow them to intrude as they wished. And that was part of what the working group had to deal with. We had negotiated a kind of surrender with them as long as we couldn’t fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew what we feared most was disclosure.”
According to Lt. Colonel Corso, the aliens were ‘cloned biological entities’. They had themselves been ‘genetically altered’. Phil Schneider said they were given consent to test their ‘implanting techniques’ on a few humans. So, now we can fine tune our question: What would genetically altered alien clones want to implant in humans?
Were they given permission to implant alien DNA into the egg cells of human women? Did women return from the abduction experience pregnant?
You may be thinking, “Oh come on, don’t be ridiculous! The Eisenhower administration wouldn’t agree to aliens impregnating their DNA into the eggs of human women!”
Then answer this question for me: What were the aliens implanting? What type of implant that would lead to the “harvesting of biological specimens”?
- The Eisenhower administration gave aliens permission to abduct humans for the purpose of testing their “implanting techniques” (Dr. Phil Schneider)
- Their implanting techniques resulted in the “harvesting of biological specimens”. (Lt. Colonel Corso)
What manner of implantation leads to the harvesting on ‘biological specimens’?

“Lunch with 5 top space scientists. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there is in astronomy, etc, are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people.” Ronal Reagan. Presidential Diaries, June 11, 1985
