So, you think you are a warrior in the End Time war? Let’s see if you’re right:
Is your enemy flesh and blood? Look around, can you see the enemy? If you had a mind to do so, could you touch the enemy?
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood.
Our enemies are not physical people they are spiritual forces. Therefore, if you are fighting human enemies or human issues then you are on the wrong battlefield.
And that’s exactly where the devil and his demons want you to be.
2 Corinthians 2:11 “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
Temptation is one of Satan’s devices. He will tempt someone when they are at a vulnerable point in their life. “I will make you the richest man in the world if you will worship me.”
Satan even tried to tempt Jesus, “All these things I will give to you if you will fall down and worship me,” Then said Jesus, “Get thee hence Satan, for it is written. Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”
Distraction is the most powerful of Satan’s devices. He knows which issues you are passionate about and he uses them to distract you. War? He can whip up a war to keep you distracted. Race? Economy? Gender? Abortion? He wields them without breaking a sweat.
Ask yourself, “Am I fighting the devil and his demons or human issues? If you are fighting human issues, you are not engaged in the Spiritual War.
Don’t listen to friends who encourage you to continue in the path you are on.
Psalm 55:21 The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart; his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.
The social issues that the devil uses to distract you are terrible, but the Spiritual War, when you understand what it is, is devastating.
Be your harshest critic. Pray. Read your Bible.
