On 20 February 1954, General Dwight David Eisenhower, the 34th president of the United States, met with the Nephilim who claimed to be “Etherians”, a friendly race who travelled to Earth from the Reticulum Star System.
They said they sought to negotiate an exchange of their technology for human genetic material which they needed to revive their own dying species.
The moment he clapped eyes on the Nephilim, Eisenhower, who served as Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces during World War II, sensed he was in the presence of an enemy.
The entities standing on the asphalt before him were pale-eyed with chalk white skin, colorless lips and sparse white hair. They looked, to Eisenhower, like demons. He wanted “no truck with them.”
President Eisenhower left Edwards Air Force Base muttering under his breath, “I want those repugnant monsters off our planet!”
Nelson Rockefeller, who had arranged the meeting, fumed. He would have to report the failed encounter to his father, John D. Rockefeller Jr.
Navy Commander Charles Suggs accompanied Eisenhower to the meeting. Suggs said, “They met and spoke with two white-haired aliens that had pale eyes and colorless lips, The spokesman stood a number of feet away from Eisenhower and would not let Eisenhower approach any closer. A second [alien] stood on the extended ramp of a bi-convex saucer that stood on tripod landing gear on the landing strip.”
There were more meetings with the aliens because the Rockefellers demanded it and they had funded Eisenhower’s presidential campaign.
After relentless pressure from John D. Rockefeller Jr. and his son Nelson Rockefeller, President Eisenhower succumbed and again met with the Nephilim.
The second meeting took place at Holloman Air Force Base in News Mexico. There, against his own will, President Eisenhower entered into a treaty with the Nephilim.
Several military personnel were present at the meeting and there was also a small group of civilians. Among the civilians present were Dr. Edwin Griswold Nourse, Head of the American Economic Association, Cardinal James Francis MacIntyre, Head of the Catholic Church in Los Angeles and Franklin Winthrop Allen, a journalist with Hearst Newspapers Group.

The Greada Treaty stipulated that the Nephilim (“Etherians”) would further the United States technological development. The Nephilim would not make treaties with any other Earth nation. The United States government would provide the Nephilim with an underground facility at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada as well as another underground facility in the southwest near Dulce, New Mexico.
The Nephilim were granted covert access to the American population for genetic “harvesting”. The Treaty put a limit on the number of humans that could be abducted in any one year. It stipulated that abducted individuals would be returned to their point of abduction without retaining any conscious memory of the harvesting procedures.
The Nephilim could take a limited number of cattle in any one year for the purpose of harvesting. The Nephilim would furnish the government with a list of all human abductees on a regular basis.
Essentially, in accordance with the 1954 Greada Treaty, the Nephilim were to exchange alien technology for real estate on Earth and government consent to test their implanting techniques on a limited number of human beings and on a limited number of cattle.
It very quickly became apparent that the Nephilim had no intention of adhering to the terms of the Greada Treaty. They abducted thousands more men, women and children than had been agreed upon, taking them from their beds while they slept. Taking them from their cars on deserted roads. Snatching little children from gardens while they played alone.
From 1954 onward there was a huge surge in abductions that would continue for decades to come.
In February 1954 President Eisenhower, a five-star general, entered into a diabolical treaty with Nephilim.
Before the ink was dry on the paper, the Nephilim were breaking the terms of the treaty.
In October 1955, in a speech to assembled West Point cadets, another five-star general, General Douglas MacArthur, said this, “The next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must make a common front against attack by people from other planet.”
Can you imagine President Eisenhower’s mental anguish?
The aliens were not cleaning up after themselves (a point that had been overlooked in the treaty) and the San Luis Valley had become a graveyard of mutilated cattle. The carcasses had been drained of blood but no tracks or footprints were found in the vicinity. Many of the cattle had been pregnant and the mutilations had included the theft of the bovine fetuses.
In the words of Colonel Philip J. Corso, Director of Intelligence on President Eisenhower’s National Security Council, “We had negotiated a kind of surrender with them [Nephilim] as long as we couldn’t fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew what we most feared was disclosure.”
By 1955 Eisenhower realized the treaty was a deception. Mutilated animals were found across the United States. lists of human abductees were incomplete.
1954 MAY – The first of the yearly Bilderberg secret meetings took place setup by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, attending were President Eisenhower’s CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, David Rockefeller.
The Bilderberg Group collaborated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another international policy body devoted to world control. They discussed the problem of adjusting humankind to Nephilim presence.

According to Professor Carroll Quigley: The far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks.
The following leaked document from 1979 titled “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars” is the doctrine adopted by the Policy Committee of the Bilderberg Group during its first known meeting in 1954. This document called for control of the masses through manipulation of industry, peoples’ pastimes, education and political leanings. It called for a quiet revolution, putting brother against brother, and diverting the public’s attention from what is really going on. It concerns the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.
An ULTRA TOP SECRET “preliminary briefing” document dated 1989 JAN 8, refers to President Eisenhower traveling to Kirtland Air Force Base where he established full diplomatic relations with extraterrestrials:
“The preceding diplomatic treaty was drafted by the director of the Majestic-12 operation and a joint committee of extraterrestrial visitors and representatives of the U.S. Diplomatic Corps, as a statement of intent. It was ratified and signed at Kirtland Air Force Base … on July the eighteenth, 1954 by President Dwight B. Eisenhower and an individual on the behalf of the EBEs.” Ref
Nelson Rockefeller (Knight of Malta), third son of John Rockefeller, was tasked by Eisenhower with restructuring the U.S. government. In working with the CIA’s “Black Operations ,” Rockefeller found a suitable vehicle through which the Majestic 12 (MJ-12) Group could conduct its business in complete secrecy. This autonomy from our legal government required removing it from direct oversight by the office of the President in order to accomplish this.
