Airman First Class Charles Hall worked at Nellis Air Force Base for almost two years. During that time he interacted with aliens he referred to as “Tall Whites”. His is the alien encounter story with the longest duration. I know his account to be honest.

The ‘Tall Whites’ lied to him repeatedly, so, whereas his account of his interactions is based upon his memory of actual events, some of the conclusions he draws are formed by their lies.

They told Charlie that they came from a planet closer to a Sun than Earth and with a stronger gravity than Earth. However, they lack melanin and they have nocturnal vision. If they came from a planet close to a Sun they would have melanin for photoprotection of skin and eyes, and they would have diurnal vision.

Furthermore, they float on Earth because they are weightless, meaning they come from an environment of zero gravity.

There are probably people who think Charlie made up his encounters with aliens, and that his ‘Tall Whites’ are imaginary, particularly because Charlie remarked that the Tall Whites can float.

However, I doubt many people would think CIA Director William Casey and President Ronald Reagan would make up stories about floating aliens. The following is a small part of a conversation between President Reagan, William Casey and Reagan’s advisors when Reagan was being briefed about aliens:

WM Casey: “Yes, OK, (not understood) well about the (not understood) I can live with that, but we have to be real sure that this information stays HERE. We cannot allow this to flow (not understood) from (not understood).”

President: “My God, just knowing we have names for these things are amazing. Which one did we capture?”

WM Casey: “Mr. President, we have a Trantaloid, but it is dead. We captured it in 1961 in Canada and we had it in captivity until 1962, when it died. We’ll show you a photograph … CARETAKER?”

The CARETAKER: “Director, I don’t have one with me. But, I will get one couriered over to us.”

“But, Mr. President, these are the abductions we know about. We have no idea how many other abductions are occurring in this country or around the world. These hostile aliens are pretty sneaky. They seem to appear and disappear, which is beyond our technical understanding. They also seem to float or defy gravity. We have actual photographs of them doing this. We have a classic abduction incident that was recorded by military intelligence personnel. It happened in 1979 near a military base.”

President Reagan: “Where?”

Adviser: “In New Mexico.”

The transcript of a declassified tape recording made a Camp David Maryland during President Ronald Reagan’s briefing on aliens. The recording was made between March 6 and March 8, 1981.

President Reagan, “I have a great responsibility to the citizens of this nation to make decisions based on accurate information presented by my advisers … you, all of you. I won’t interfere in your presentation of this information. So, I guess, we’ll proceed in the order you have chosen. I’m sorry for interrupting in this presentation, but as a person who is interested beyond belief in this, I’ll just shut up and wait to ask questions.”

CIA Director William Casey, “Mr. President. No, no, please ask any questions you wish. You are the President. We are not here to argue with you over the order of this briefing. But some things are so highly classified that this briefing is the lowest level. If you ask a question that is in a different level, then we will have to re-evaluate the audience.”

On September 21, 1987, President Ronald Reagan gave an address to the United Nations General Assembly. During his speech, Reagan hinted at an alien threat, “Cannot swords be turned to plowshares? Can we and all nations not live in peace? In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity.”

“Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond,” Reagan proposed.

“I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?”

Colonel Philip J. Corso was a member of President Eisenhower’s National Security Council and former head of the Foreign Technology Desk (Alien Technology Desk) at the U.S. Army’s Research & Development department. Backed by documents declassified through the Freedom of Information Act, (in this book) Colonel Corso reveals his personal stewardship of alien artifacts from the Roswell crash and discloses the U.S. government’s role in the Roswell incident.

My purpose is showing you excerpts from Colonel Philip Corso’s book is to support the account in the memoirs of Charles James Hall, a retired military weatherman who worked at Area 51, Nellis Air Force Base from 1965 to 1967. During his two years at Nellis, Charles Hall had many interactions with hostile aliens that Charles Hall refers to as ‘Tall Whites’. Charles Hall also served in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam.

“My name is Philip J. Corso, and for two incredible years back in the 1960s while I was a lieutenant colonel in the army heading up the Foreign Technology desk in Army Research and Development at the Pentagon, I led a double life. In my routine everyday job as a researcher and evaluator of weapons systems for the army, I investigated things like helicopter armament the French military had developed, the tactical deployment complexities of a theater antimissile missile, or new technologies to preserve and prepare meals for out troops in the field.

I read technology reports and met engineers at army proving grounds about different kinds of ordinance and how ongoing budgeted development projects were moving forward. I submitted their reports to my boss, Lt. Gen. Arthur Trudeau, the director of Army R&D and the manager of a three-thousand-plus-man operation with lots of projects at different stages. On the surface, especially to congressmen exercising oversight as to how the taxpayers’ money was being spent, all of it was routine stuff.

Part of my responsibility in Army R&D, however, was as an intelligence officer and adviser to General Trudeau who, himself, had headed up Army Intelligence before coming to R&D. This was a job I trained for and held during World War II and Korea. At the Pentagon I was working in some of the most secret areas of military intelligence, reviewing heavily classified information on behalf of General Trudeau.

As an intelligence officer I also knew the terrible secret that some of our government’s most revered institutions had been penetrated …”

I’m going to skip to a point in this book where Colonel Corso describes the aliens who are squatting on our planet.

“We knew who the real targets of the SDI were, and it wasn’t a bunch of ICBM warheads. It was the UFOs, alien spacecraft thinking themselves invulnerable and invisible as they soared around the edges of our atmosphere, swooping down at will to destroy our communications with EMP bursts, buzz our spacecraft, colonize our lunar surface, mutilate cattle in their own horrendous biological experiments, and even abduct human beings for their medical tests and hybridization of species.

And what was worse, we had to let them do it because we had no weapon to defend ourselves.

These creatures weren’t benevolent alien beings who had come to enlighten human beings. They were genetically altered humanoid automatons, cloned biological entities, actually, who were harvesting biological specimens on Earth for their own experimentation. As long as we were incapable of defending ourselves, we had to allow them to intrude as they wished. We had negotiated a kind of surrender with them as long as we couldn’t fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew what we feared most was disclosure.”

The alien squatters are not benevolent beings. They have not come to Earth to enlighten humans. They are CLONES. They are Nephilim. They are demons.

Charles Hall, “The one on the eastern end of the line took up a guard position by the door on the driver’s side of my truck. The other three continued towards me, stopping when they were 30 feet or so across the graveled road to the northwest of me.

Alone in the desert night as I was, with no help coming, there was no point in running or trying to hide. I turned my back to the wall of the generator shack, and stood waiting for them to close on me, praying intensely as I did so. They stopped and waited for me to make a move. They acted like they had all the time in the world. I had to do something to control my fear and get better control of myself. The desert is an unforgiving place for those who break.

Once both doors were open, I noticed that the Tall White alien on the southwestern end of the line, readjusted his position so that he had a clear view of the inside of the generator shack. He now stood on the graveled edge of the Range Three road, probably no more than 20 feet outside of the open doors.

He was an inch or so taller than the others and acted as if he were their leader. The generator shack was quite dark inside. Despite the darkness, the leader proceeded to visually inspect its interior. It was obvious that the darkened interior did not pose the slightest visual problem for him.”

This is a convenient point for me to mention that nephilim are biologically very different from humans. Among their many biological differences, all nephilim have night vision. They consider their night vision to be a curse (which it is) because the eerie glow reflected off their tapeta lucida, e.g. from a camera flash, quickly betrays them as being non-human. The tapetum lucidum (plural tapeta lucida) is an intraocular reflecting structure that is a feature in the eyes of nocturnal animals (e.g. crocodiles, rodents, bats, sharks, rays and skates have tapeta lucida). Nephilim have less cones (the color sensors of the eye) in their eyes than humans, and because of the reduced number of cones, they can only distinguish a limited range of colors.

Nephilim lack opposable thumbs. An opposable thumb can be rotated to bring the palmar surface of the tip of the thumb into contact with the palmar surfaces of the tips of the other fingers. This is most highly developed in human beings. Old World monkeys can also do so to lesser degrees. Nephilim have lost opposability of the thumb. Nephilim have nonopposable thumbs.

Charles Hall: “I had spent most of the spring, summer and fall months out on the Indian Springs Gunnery Ranges as the Duty Range Observer. I had to prepare for the test almost entirely on my own by studying the various weather manuals during the short spaces of free time in between taking balloon runs. Frequently I had to brush the wind blown desert sand from the books and from the open wooden shelves where I stored them, prior to opening their dusty pages.

Sometimes their dusty surfaces displayed handprints other than the ones I knew were mine. The hand that had made those prints had four long narrow fingers, and a thumb only half as long as mine. Whoever had made the handprints had read the books in place rather than move them. It seemed they might not have had the strength in their hands and arms that I had in mine.”

I’ve skipped to this point in the book to show that Charles Hall had notice two more biological differences between humans and the nephilim he referred to as “Tall White Aliens”: their hands and their lack of physical strength. He hasn’t elaborated on the difference because he has no experience for his observation.

I am repeating this excerpt from Ronald Reagan’s briefing on aliens, to emphasize the weightlessness of Nephilim. They do not float due to technology, they float because in their normal state they are weightless. The only technology involved is that which prevents them from being thrust off the surface of Earth. They are weightless, therefore, to be struck by a human fist would be fatal to them.

It is important for humans to understand how feeble, how weak, the Nephilim are. They are weightless. Their bones snap like dry twigs. Without the small weapon they carry with them, they would be no match for a human. Their suits produce a gravitational field that enables them to stay upright on Earth.

Electrocute them: throw a bucket of water over them or spray them with a garden hose. As afraid as he was, Charles Hall could still sense that the Nephilim were equally terrified of him but he couldn’t understand why. They knew he could easily kill them if he knew their weaknesses.

Charles Hall, “The morning run had been exceptionally difficult. As I was opening up the weather shack, a Tall White, more than 7 feet tall, walked down from the ammunition bunker to the graveled Range Three area without making the slightest effort to conceal his presence. He was wearing a white fluorescent suit that enabled him to float. When he reached the Range Boards, he used his suit like an elevator and floated up to the top of the Range Boards. The Boards reached higher than the Range Three control tower. As he did so, he held on to the telephone pole that supported the eastern side of the Range Boards to balance himself. He stayed up there for the entire balloon run.”
